Non-returnable items include:

- Opened or used components (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.)
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
- Items purchased on clearance or special promotion (unless defective)
2.2 Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide order number, product details, and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
2.3 Replacement or Refund

- A replacement unit, or
- A refund, processed to your original payment method or store credit.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within:
- 5–10 working days for card payments
- 3–7 working days for bank transfers
Refund times may vary depending on bank policies.
