  • International Deliveries: 5–12 working days

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and serial numbers.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Software, licenses, and digital products
  • Opened or used components (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
  • Items purchased on clearance or special promotion (unless defective)

2.2 Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide order number, product details, and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

2.3 Replacement or Refund

Based on product availability and inspection results, you may receive:

  • A replacement unit, or
  • A refund, processed to your original payment method or store credit.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5–10 working days for card payments
  • 3–7 working days for bank transfers

Refund times may vary depending on bank policies.
