    1.2 ERAN is owned and operated by RAN Networks FZC, Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park, UAE.
    1.3 ERAN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

    1. Eligibility

    2.1 By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.
    2.2 ERAN reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

    1. Product Information & Availability

    3.1 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occur.
    3.2 Product availability is subject to change without notice based on stock movement, supplier availability, or demand.
    3.3 Images on the website are for illustration purposes; actual products may differ slightly in appearance.

    1. Pricing & Payment

    4.1 All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
    4.2 ERAN reserves the right to update prices due to supplier changes, currency fluctuations, or market conditions.
    4.3 Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card payment, bank transfer, or any additional methods listed at checkout.
    4.4 Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

    1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

    5.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
    5.2 ERAN may cancel orders in the event of:

    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Incorrect customer information
      5.3 Customers may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation policies and return fees may apply.
    1. Delivery Policy

    6.1 Delivery timelines depend on the destination and product availability.
    6.2 ERAN is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or external factors.
    6.3 Shipping charges vary by location and product weight and are shown at checkout.
    6.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

    1. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

    7.1 Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
    7.2 Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
    7.3 ERAN reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement or refund.
    7.4 Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method and may take 3–10 working days.
    7.5 Certain items are non-returnable, including software, digital products, opened components, and clearance items.

    1. Warranty

    8.1 All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
    8.2 Warranty terms, durations, and claim processes vary by brand.
    8.3 ERAN facilitates warranty support but final approval lies with the manufacturer or authorized service center.
    8.4 Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage
    • Burnt components
    • Liquid damage
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Misuse or improper installation
    1. User Accounts & Security

    9.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    9.2 ERAN is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized account access.
    9.3 Users must provide accurate and updated information for billing, delivery, and communication.

    1. Intellectual Property Rights

    10.1 All content on this website—including logos, product images, graphics, text, and software—is the property of RAN Networks FZC / ERAN or its licensors.
    10.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

    1. Limitation of Liability

    11.1 ERAN is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by courier services
    • Data loss resulting from product failure
    • Compatibility issues due to incorrect customer specifications
    • Any indirect or consequential damages

    11.2 Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

    1. Prohibited Activities

    Users must not:

    • Engage in fraudulent transactions
    • Interfere with website functionality
    • Collect customer or company data without permission
    • Upload harmful files or attempt system breaches

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE legal jurisdiction.
